제품설명

Lucetta 2 Luminometer는 bioluminescence와 chemiluminescence검출을 위해 개발된 single tube 타입의 luminometer이다. 외부 전원으로 작동할 뿐만 아니라 휴대성과 이동성을 위해 battery에 의한 작동도 가능하여 장소에 구애받지 않고 사용이 가능하며, 모든 luminescence 검출에 이용이 가능한 Luminometer이다.
본 장비는 Ultra fast single photon counter를 detector로 채용하였고, 내/외부로부터의 light 노출을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있도록 설계된 chamber를 탑재하여 1 fmol 수준의 ATP까지도 검출 가능한 높은 민감도를 나타낸다.
특히 luminescence를 이용하여 신속하게 Mycoplasma 검출할 수 있는 MycoAlert kit(Lonza社) 제품에 최적화된 SW를 기본으로 탑재하고 있어, 해당 제품을 이용한 Mycoplasma detection assay시 측정 즉시 해당 샘플의 Mycoplasma 감염여부(Clear, Border line, Contaminated)에 대한 결과를 계산, 제공해 준다.
또한 Lucetta 2 Luminometer는 Single read mode를 이용하여 cell proliferation, cytotoxicity 측정 또는 luciferase reporter gene assays와 같은 luminescence-based assay에 적합한 제품이다.
