제품설명

SuperPlex™ Premix는 다카라바이오의 고수율 PCR 효소인 TITANIUM^® Taq DNA Polymerase (Code 639242)를 기반으로 제작된 Hot-start 2X PCR master mix 형태의 제품으로, Multiplex PCR 뿐만 아니라 고수율의 Singleplex PCR에도 적용할 수 있다. 특히, SuperPlex™ Premix는 서로 다른 타겟에 대해 편향성이 없고 높은 증폭률이 필요한 Multiplex PCR에 이상적이다.
본 제품은 multiplex PCR에 필요한 모든 조성을 포함하고 있는 premix 타입이기 때문에, 쉽고 간편하게 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 pipetting 스텝을 최소화하여 실험 과정 중의 에러 발생을 감소시킬 수 있다.
